▶Objectives
The RuralSkills project aims to enhance digital vocational training for rural workers, women, and underemployed individuals by integrating AI-powered learning, XR-based simulations, and green skills education. It seeks to bridge the skills gap, increase employability, and align training with labor market needs while promoting social inclusion and sustainability in rural communities.
▶Activities
The project will develop and pilot AI-driven adaptive learning tools, XR-based vocational simulations, and a digital skills mapping framework. Activities include pilot training sessions, skills mapping research, green skills integration, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, an open-access learning platform will be created, and dissemination will occur through policy recommendations, workshops, and Erasmus+ networks.

RuralSkills will produce an AI-powered learning platform, XR-based training modules, and a skills mapping toolkit for long-term integration into VET programs. The project will enhance digital learning adoption, workforce reskilling, and policy alignment while improving education accessibility for rural communities.
