This project aims to enhance the skills and tools of the Snoezelen approach for educators and professionals of the Institute for the Deaf of Turin and the IRSAM Association. This approach involves the involvement of the senses in an adapted room in order to improve the communication and expressive channels of users with multiple disabilities. MyArtist's contribution is essential for the support in the creation of the room and for the artistic indications that help stimulate the senses.

The project has four main activities: - train educators on the principles and techniques of Snoezelen therapy, creating sensory experiences for people with multiple disabilities; - facilitate collaboration between educators and professionals for exchanges of good practices; - create two kits with resources and sensory materials to implement Snoezelen in daily practices; - establish an evaluation system to measure the impact of the training and foster continuous improvement.

"Sensory Path" has three main practical results: 1) The “Sensory Kit” will consist of guidelines on Snoezelen method, recommendations and advice, as well as examples of good practices. (IRSAM) 2) The "Art Kit" will consist of guidelines on artistic methodologies that concern the use and good therapeutic and educational practices. (MYARTIST) 3) The "Snoezelen Room" will consist of the preparation of a room in IST building where educators can put into practice the approach.
