Objectives

1. To enhance the professional development of 72 adult educators (24/partner org.) by equipping them with the knowledge/information related to how to use non formal educational activities based on arts/theatre 2. To foster, at the level of 120 people (50% Ukrainian refugees and 50% locals from other vulnerable groups) those horizontal competencies more and more requested on labour market 3.To support the capacity building of the 3 partner organisations to work transnationally&across sectors

Activities

1. Developing a research on Good Practices in Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups on the Labour Market and 3 focus groups for drawing a ”competences for employability” framework 2. Develop and test at 3 levels (international on 12 adult educators and local on 60 trainers and 120 adult learners, in non formal educational activities that will end with an artistic performance) a Training kit on Art Based Education for Increasing Employability of Vulnerable Adults 3 Project management 4 Dissemination

1. Inclusion Map - Good Practices in Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups on the Labour Market 2. EmplArt Handbook - a Training kit on Art Based Education for Increasing Employability of Vulnerable Adults - including theatre scenarios and a comparative study 3. 72 adult educators with improved professional&personal competencies 4. 120 vulnerable adults - from which 60 Ukrainian refugees - with improved competences that will facilitate their access on European labour market
