Objectives

TTRUE aims to support the reactivation of long-term unemployed individuals and NEETs through a theatre training program, which includes training in various fields (from digital skills to budget management, from event organization to communication in English). The program is designed to provide participants with both soft skills (such as communication and self-confidence) and hard skills (such as foreign language proficiency and the use of digital tools).

Activities

TTRUE first involves a recruitment phase in the three project countries, aimed at reaching the disadvantaged categories indicated (specifically the unemployed, both young NEETs and long-term unemployed). This is followed by a co-design phase of the course and the theatre training program, and finally the implementation of the course and the production of a final performance. The project also includes, as the last phase, the implementation of an international and local dissemination strategy.

Impact

TTRUE aims to support the social and, subsequently, the professional reactivation of a diverse group of 45 to 60 unemployed individuals from Campania, Croatia, and Greece. The project expects to positively impact the participants' skills, both from a technical perspective (digital skills, communication, etc.) and on a more personal level, encompassing self-confidence, responsibility, and public speaking abilities
