HUGS-Pro has the main objective to experiment and validate an innovative training for Voluntary Support Workers in different Euro-Mediterranean countries. Specifically, Refine the profile and skills of Volunteer Support Workers to assist new parents. Share its Guidelines and Training Manual across Europe and Mediterranean countries. Deliver them in Partner Countries, collect feedback, and refine methods. Validate and adapt them at the EU level for broader transferability.
