Objectives

BRIDGE aims to prevent youth radicalization by enhancing the social inclusion of young migrants and unaccompanied minors. It strengthens youth workers’ competencies through training in empathetic listening and intercultural facilitation while empowering young migrants as peer educators. Through co-created educational tools, including the Mixing Culture game, the project fosters active participation, intercultural dialogue, and sustainable integration pathways across Europe.

Activities

BRIDGE implements five key work packages: comparative research (WP2) to analyze integration systems, youth worker training (WP3) on empathetic listening and intercultural facilitation, peer education and co-creation (WP4) developing the Mixing Culture game, and dissemination (WP5) to share results. Transnational exchanges, local workshops, and pilot activities ensure a sustainable, evidence-based approach to youth inclusion and radicalization prevention.

Impact

BRIDGE will produce a comparative analysis of migrant integration models, training modules for 200 youth workers, and a peer education framework that strengthens resilience against radicalization. The Mixing Culture game, co-created and tested across multiple countries, will foster intercultural dialogue and inclusion. Results will be widely disseminated, ensuring the long-term adoption of innovative methodologies in youth work, education, and policy frameworks across Europe.
