The project is a response to the current European and global ecological crisis and challenges at workplaces focusing on ecology. The main goal of the " Empowering Youth for Green Careers" project is to carry out a green transformation of NGO and SMEs workplaces by improving the quality of vocational education and training by developing green and soft competences of their employees and cooperating persons, acquired as part of international cooperation.
