▶Objectives
GirlswhoLead aims to create a comprehensive approach and a fresh view on supporting young girls and guiding them through becoming effective future leader in entrepreneurial ventures embracing new digital skills, green skills and offering them insights into creating impact ventures (social entrepreneurship). The project also aims in creating a new generation of young female leaders who will act as mentors to other young girls and inspire them to become leaders themselves.

The activities that will be implemented throughout the project's lifespan are: -Activities related to project management and coordination -Research activities to map skills and competences for future girl leaders. -Authoring activities for compiling the curriculum, the mentors' guide and the AI toolkit. -Piloting of the escape rooms and the AI toolkit -Implementation of the community impact initiative -Dissemination and communication activities

The concrete project results expected are: -A comprehensive mapping of skills and competences for young female leaders -An interactive curriculum aiming at acquiring the skills and competences mapped. -A mentors' guide for girls to become mentors of other young girls -A gamified approach (escape rooms) for enhancing and reinforcing the curriculum -A Toolbox dedicated to AI for Girls Leaders -A Forum to showcase the project's outputs and objectives and engage stakeholders
