The FAME project aims to empower non-educational youth by connecting their potential with the fashion industry's demand for skilled talent,addressing risks of decreased career opportunities, increased reliance on social services, and crime rates, while addressing diverse needs and barriers.FAME promotes creativity, technical aptitude, and entrepreneurial thought, fuels personal empowerment and economic growth(Policy Priorities: EU72B)aiming to reduce the NEET population to fewer than 9% by 2030.

The FAME project equips NEETs for the fashion industry through a comprehensive framework, a creative course, and a trainers’ toolkit. It includes pilot training programmes and an innovative digital educational game using Alternate Reality Game (ARG) methodologies. Rigorous validation ensures quality, fostering employability, creativity, and active participation. This holistic approach bridges education with real-world application, empowering NEETs to thrive in the dynamic fashion sector.
