Objectives

To: - explore transformational storytelling (ST) to support self-development - understand creative methodologies (ST, playback theatre, stand-up comedy) for mental health awareness, empowering women to self-express - increase adult teachers’ capacity to support (margenalised) women - implement an action plan for adult educators to engage women in their communities, promoting inclusive mental health - foster long-term impact by video tutorials on the methodologies, and sharing best practices

Activities

- A training course for partner staff in storytelling, playback theatre, and stand-up comedy - Local activities engaging at least 100 women, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds - Creation and dissemination of video tutorials on project tools - Online evaluations and feedback loops to monitor progress and assess effectiveness - Dissemination through daily reports, newsletters, and local media outreach

Impact

20 trained teachers on storytelling, playback theatre, and stand-up comedy - 8 local activities reaching out to 100 (margenalised) women to express their mental health stories - Increased confidence/self-expression among participants - 5 videos tutorials on the project tools - Lasting impact on local communities, with partner organisations using tools/lessons learned in their work - Strong international collaboration; new partnerships/opportunities for further Erasmus+ projects or other funding
