Objectives

By integrating digital learning content into practical training, the project aims to enhance flexibility, accessibility, and quality in vocational education. The project objectives are to provide: 1. Analysis of Existing Training Systems 2. Target Group Needs Assessment 3. Development of a Blended Learning Model 4. Creation of an Implementation Strategy 5. Implementation, evaluation and improvement

Activities

The project will implement the following key activities: - Kick-off meeting and workshop - Status of blended learning activities today - Communication plan - Workshops in Germany and Norway - Digital meeting - Project meetings - monthly - Survey - Test of the sample modules

Impact

The project will result in: - An implementation strategy, including a plan of necessary resources, tools and materials - Learning path inlcuding a timetable for blended learning for industrial mechanics - The partners are able to offer personalised learning, more future-oriented training and more flexibility which may benefit for example students in rural areas or who balance training with work or other commitments - The partners improve their ecological footprint
