▶Objectives
Our project aims to enhance the quality and inclusivity of adult education. Objectives: To enhance by 50% competences for implementing inclusive learning of 50 adult education staff from 5 partner countries and 50 adult education staff from EU countries by March 2027. To increase the quality of work-life programmes for adult ADHD and immigrant learners by June 2027. To improve and adapt quality management systems for adult education settings in 5 partner countries by the end of June 2027.

During our two year project, we will implement the following: 1. Internal training for educators. 2. Development of inclusive curricula for ADHD learners and for immigrant learners 3. Study sessions and analysis of learning curricula in EU different countries 4. Quality assurance research and adaptation. 5. Promotion via webinars, websites and events. 6. Building up a cooperation network for practitioners in adult education sector

Results: 1.A refined portfolio of specialized tools, methods and workshops for educators with focus on creating inclusive learning environments, in adult education, applicable also in other fields 2.Work-life competence development program for ADHD learners. 3.Work-Life competence development program for immigrants. 4.Quality assurance systems improvements for local practice and educator development
