▶Objectives
The "LadyLeader Generations" (LLG) aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women ,with a chance for follow-up; and a transformation board game.

The LadyLeader Generations project will consist of: Kick-off meeting Lady Leader study programme adaptation & new modules Coaching, study model testing, recruiting the best initiatives - for different generations Creation of the board game Follow-up initiatives by participants in each country Board game dissemination events- game play workshops & online conference Management activities
▶Impact
The LLG will empower min150 women and girls from diverse backgrounds across generations by developing leadership skills, fostering self-awareness, and promoting intergenerational collaboration. It will produce two new study modules, adapt existing ones for different age groups, and create a multi-format "LadyLeader Generations" game. The project will inspire nine community initiatives, establish a LadyLeaders network, and develop replicable toolkits to ensure long-term impact and sustainability
