▶Objectives
“Art for Earth” is an international initiative that aims to support the transformation of the cultural sector towards sustainability. We will develop 3 innovative educational tools and working methods that will allow educators from Poland and Portugal to respond to the challenges of climate change. Our activities will focus on the exchange of good practices, networking at the European level and engaging local partners in sustainable development.
▶Activities
Within the framework of the “Art for Earth” project, we intend to carry out a kick-off meeting in Mikolow, Poland, needs research and selection of 15 participants, followed by a 5-day educational mobility in Madeira, Portugal, after which we will carry out 6 local activities (workshops, “green” art activities) involving 200 people, During these activities we will develop 3 practical educational tools (guide, platform, exhibition) and a 3-day Green Event closing conference in Mogilno, Poland.
▶Impact
15 artists from 2 countries will gain competence in environmental education through art, confirmed by certificates. 3 tools will be created: an interactive digital exhibition, an “InspirationBook” guide and an educational platform with 10 practical examples. 8 local activities (workshops, exhibitions) will engage 200 people in pro-environmental initiatives, and the Green Event closing conference will gather 100 direct participants.
