▶Objectives
Our project aims to raise awareness about gender equality in children, promote egalitarian practices in educational environments and support children's social and emotional development. Materials and activities developed within the framework of Waldorf pedagogy will help children discover their individual potential. It is aimed to raise awareness among parents on gender equality. It is aimed to contribute to the strengthening of gender equality policies.
▶Activities
Based on gender equality in Waldorf Pedagogy; 15 lesson plans, 6 nature activities, 1 Waldorf Workshop, 6 fairy tales, 15 games, 15 art activities, 9 children's songs, 24 egalitarian profession cards including 12 professions with two genders from each profession, Teacher's guide, Parent Academy. A panel discussion will be organised together with local authorities. Each partner school will organise a total of 3 festivals, including the ‘Equality Garden Nature Games Festival’.
