The main objective of the project is to enable access to ASD diets in gastronomy. The main objective will be achieved when we achieve the following specific objectives: - acquiring knowledge through a prepared diagnosis and corresponding training related to the use of ASD diets created in the process of food production and preparation, - learning the requirements and solutions related to dietetics in gastronomy, - exchange of experiences in the use of ASD diet dishes aimed at autistic people.
