▶Objectives
The LEAD-IN project aims to develop integrated leadership skills for sustainable innovation by bridging technical expertise with inclusive management. It empowers master’s students via online modules, hackathons, and workshops, addressing challenges like climate change, energy crises, and digital transformation. Through robust academia-industry collaboration and a commitment to diversity, LEAD-IN prepares future leaders to drive Industry 5.0 and foster a resilient, equitable economy.
▶Activities
The project will develop online self-paced modules on Leadership Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion, and Sustainable Change, plus an integration module. We will train offline and online trainers, pilot and repeat integrated leadership curriculum for 600 master’s students (300 per year), and hold intensive workshops. Additionally, Challenge-Based Learning hackathons, a multiplier event, and digital resources will enhance practical leadership and foster academia-industry collaboration.
▶Impact
LEAD‐IN will implement an integrated leadership curriculum through online modules, intensive workshops, and Challenge‐Based Learning hackathons. We expect to enhance leadership competencies for 300 master’s students per year, train academic staff, and develop innovative digital tools. The project will boost academia-industry collaboration and establish a scalable Industry 5.0 leadership model that promotes sustainable innovation, diversity, and resilience across Europe.
