▶Objectives
Through the implementation of the international project, we intend to develop and implement innovative, widely available tools and methods to support teachers in Poland and abroad. Participation in the project will contribute to reducing barriers related to cultural differences, discrimination, and social exclusion, building key and psychological and pedagogical competences based on modern methods and techniques of work (including ICT).
▶Activities
A book The Psycholog and Edu Spectrum of Contemporary Edu will be created which will be compatible with 8 prepared e-courses. Additionally, 16 training sessions will be conducted on interculturality, psychology, pedagogical aspects of work, and working with a digital platform. There will be an exchange of best practices within the international partnership. Informational and promotional meetings about the project will be organized, along with seminars to disseminate the intellectual outputs.
▶Impact
The project will deliver lasting educational materials: the book Psychological and Pedagogical Spectrum of Contemporary Education, compatible with 8 e-courses and 16 training sessions on interculturality, psychology, and pedagogy. It will enhance teachers' and students' competencies, develop digital and language skills, and promote modern teaching methods. The results will be integrated into the daily work of organizations and contribute to the development of education at an international level
