SkillWIZ looks to equip VET sector with effective tools and approaches to turn VET educators into foresight practitioners, enabling them to create future-proof, inclusive, and dynamic curricula that prepare learners for evolving job markets while addressing social inequalities. By equipping trainers with foresight skills, it looks to support development of abilities to anticipate labor market trends and economic shifts, and adapting VET offer accordingly, to address emerging workforce needs.

SkillWIZ will develop VET Foresight Academy, an interactive digital platform providing training, toolkits, and resources to help VET educators integrate foresight methodologies into their teaching. The project will include co-development workshops, a train-the-trainer program, and pilot testing, ensuring the practical application and refinement of foresight-based training solutions. Dissemination activities will promote SkillWIZ tools adoption, fostering integration of foresight in VET sector.

SkillWIZ VET Foresight Academy - a digital learning environment providing training, toolkits, and interactive resources to help VET educators apply foresight methodologies is the core result of the project. It will integrate: -a foresight competency framework, -foresight training toolkit for VET providers, -playbook for application of foresight in VET provision, -workshops and activity templates for inclusion of stakeholders in foresight for VET applications, for improve future readiness in VET.
