▶Objectives
The aim of 'Empowering young talents' project is development and empowerment young people in the arts and culture sectors by using escape rooms to bridge the gap between their talents and the necessary competences and skills. The project equips young people with the tools and skills necessary to develop their passions and talents in the cultural and creative industries to transformthese sectors towards a more sustainable and socially engaged one.
▶Activities
The project develops a comprehensive toolkit to support young talents, including ‘Empowering Creative Youth - A Talent Transformation Handbook’ and the guide ‘ER for the development of competences in CCIs - Exploring the Intersection of Arts and Gamification’; a learning platform with a set of learning resources (videos, podcasts, learning sheets) with a microcredentials system; 34 escape room games and 12 workflows. National and international workshops and implementation guide are also planned
▶Impact
The production a set of resources to bridge a gap between young talented people and CCIs' needs to: - increse understanding of challenges and opportunities in the CCIs - increse integration and resilience of young people in today and tomorrow’s labour market in CCIs and their social activity - adapt tools to learners with SLDs - create CPD resources for youth workers, trainers, art teachers - strengthen cooperation and the exchange of information and good practice between different areas of EU
