▶Objectives
The IDEAS project improves institutional practices by developing teaching methods that support intercultural dialogue and participation. Through transnational collaboration, NOVA, CERGY, and UGOT refine inclusive strategies. A structured syllabus and specialised instructor training expand the successful Ideas Club model, ensuring relevance in new contexts. The project promotes sustainable change and contributes to university policies on diversity and inclusion.
▶Activities
The IDEAS will implement activities focused on intercultural dialogue and inclusivity, which include creating a methodology paper, tailored training for instructors and a booklet for them while also preparing a tailored syllabus for the Ideas Club course. Specialized training sessions will be provided for educators to equip them with the skills necessary to effectively teach the course. Additionally, a pilot Ideas Club will be conducted in each Partner HEi, as a final activity of the project.

The IDEAS develops innovative teaching methods that promote intercultural dialogue and equitable participation. It empowers instructors to create inclusive classrooms with dialogical education techniques. Through transnational collaboration, the project establishes a model for international student integration that is adaptable across different contexts.
