Objectives

The RISE project aims to address overparenting by fostering autonomy, resilience, and future-oriented skills in adolescents (15–18 years). By empowering educators with training and tools, engaging parents through a reverse-mentoring program, and equipping students with key life skills, the project seeks to create healthier family dynamics, autonomy-supportive classroom environments, and a generation of independent, confident, and socially engaged young adults across Europe.
