Develop an interactive career mapping platform tailored for ESC volunteers, Facilitate cross-sector collaboration through workshops and seminars, bringing together NGOs, SMEs, educational institutions and young people, ex, current and future volunteers to exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices. Promote ESC volunteering among young people through a collection of testimonial videos. Train youth workers through non-formal education methods to develop the youngster’s soft skills in an LTTA
