Objectives

O1: Enhance the skills of 40 institutional staff members in Romania and Italy to better support migrant workers and Ukrainian refugees, focusing on intercultural communication and diversity management. O2: Facilitate the social and professional integration of 30 employed migrants and Ukrainian refugees through mentorship programs, language courses, and community activities. O3: Strengthen collaboration between local institutions in Romania & Italy to improve support

Activities

We will conduct training courses, mentorship programs and language classes, alongside community engagement activities like cultural events. Study visits in Italy and Romania, combined with online training and an awareness campaign, will ensure knowledge exchange and promote best practices for integration.

Impact

The project will result in improved skills among 40 staff members, enhanced integration of 30 migrants and refugees, and a Best Practice Guide for long-term use. Additionally, it will foster stronger community ties, create a supportive network for future initiatives, and positively influence public attitudes towards migrants and refugees
