Objectives

Our project focuses on developing green competencies among students and teachers to encourage responsible environmental behaviors. We aim to train 30 teachers in eco-friendly teaching methods and educate 120 students on waste recycling and reducing non-renewable resource consumption. Expected outcomes include increased environmental awareness, sustainable habits, and intercultural skills. The project aligns with Erasmus+ priorities and promotes social inclusion for disadvantaged students.

Activities

We will implement 2 short term exchanges for students in Greece and Romania and one training activity for teachers. We will also implement local activities: recycling workshops, permaculture activities, debates and workshops on reducing the individual carbon footprint.

Impact

at least 120 students and 30 teachers—through transnational and local activities—will enhance their knowledge of environmental issues, pollution sources, creative waste recycling methods, strategies for reducing paper and electricity consumption, and ways to lower their carbon footprint. - a project website featuring information on objectives and outcomes - 2 e-books containing strategies for reducing non-renewable resource consumption and project based activities
