▶Objectives
With this project, we aim to develop individuals with strong social skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership, as well as digital competencies, and high self-confidence. Our goal is to ensure that our young people become active citizens who can communicate effectively, are sensitive to social issues, generate solutions, and are active in the digital world. We plan to strengthen social and digital skills through innovative methods used by our partners.
▶Activities
Digital Literacy and AI Trainings will help young people use digital tools, online safety, and AI technologies effectively. Social Skills Workshops will focus on leadership, empathy, communication, and teamwork. In AI Workshops, young people will learn and apply these technologies. Digital and AI trainings will be offered to educators. Additionally, project results will be shared through events like Erasmus Days to raise awareness and disseminate outcomes.
▶Impact
Participants will gain social and digital skills while experiencing different educational environments. With the competencies they acquire, they will successfully overcome social and digital challenges. Young people will become more conscious, active, and equipped citizens by enhancing their social, cultural, and digital development. At the same time, their contribution will foster the creation of a society with an awareness of equal opportunities, inclusivity, and understanding.
