Objectives

This project aims to improve students' physical and mental health through sports like cycling,football..etc. It also teaches green skills by turning old clothes into zero-waste sportswear. Students will learn how to recycle, upcycle, and reduce waste. The project promotes inclusion by involving everyone, regardless of background or ability.It supports the Erasmus+ priorities of well-being,sustainability,and diversity while inspiring young people to adopt a healthier and eco-friendly lifestyle.

Activities

Students will take part in regular sports activities to stay active and reduce stress.They will also join zero-waste fashion workshops to create sportswear from old clothes.The project will include community sports days,where students wear their handmade outfits.A YouTube channel will share their eco-friendly sports journey.An e-book and a short documentary will document their experiences,inspiring other schools.Also,the Zero-Waste Fashion Show will showcase their creative,sustainable designs.

Impact

Concrete Results We aim for 200 students to create zero-waste sportswear and present it in a fashion show.Schools will reduce textile waste by 30% through upcycling.We aim to reach 5000 viewers on our YouTube channel.An e-book and a documentary will guide 50 schools in starting similar projects. Inconcrete Results We aim for 50% of students to feel healthier and more active. 40% will gain confidence by wearing their handmade outfits. We hope to inspire eco-friendly habits and a love for sports.
