We want to provide students and teachers with the necessary skills, resources, and experiences to foster inclusive school cultures in which all students feel respected, valued, and supported. We hope to foster empathy, tolerance, and respect in schools through peer mentoring, student-led activities, and values education, so helping them become more inclusive and culturally aware. We want a strong inclusion and diversity network for sustainable partnership.

We will conduct 2 virtual training sessions on inclusive education and values education, 3 international LTTs in Hungary, Romania, and Turkey focusing on empathy, tolerance, and respect, and 4 local dissemination events in each country to share findings and promote inclusion through practical tools and student-led activities. All activities will combine workshops, creative student-led actions, peer mentoring, cultural exchange, and collaborative outputs.

We expect to create a Digital Inclusion Toolkit, Empathy Podcast Series, Tolerance Challenge Kit, and Peer Mentoring Starter Kit. We expect students to gain stronger soft skills like empathy, teamwork, and communication, and become active leaders in promoting inclusion and respect in their schools. Teachers will gain practical tools for inclusive and values-based education. Our Digital Inclusion Toolkit and student-created materials will support long-term impact across partner schools and beyond
