Cooperation with partner institutions in Europe will enable us to learn innovative educational methodologies and techniques in this field. In this way, we will be able to direct students with special needs to appropriate vocational fields in line with their interests and abilities in accordance with international standards. As a result, we will implement sustainable and innovative practices in the vocational education of individuals with special needs in our institutions.

Participants will learn new ways to educate people with special needs and teach vocational skills. This will help students to integrate into the labour market and find employment. The institution will increase its capacity in international project management, training methodologies and education of people with special needs. The aim is to implement sustainable and innovative practices in the education of people with special needs.
