Objectives

As technology develops without slowing down, we are transitioning to the digital world. If the balance between technology and social life is not maintained, this situation can reach dangerous levels. Permaculture gardens can provide a powerful tool for our students to spend time with nature and plants, take meaningful breaks from digital tools, increase their awareness of a more livable world and healthy living through sustainable agriculture, and strengthen their mental and physical health.

Activities

Meetings consisting of 4 LTT and 1 virtual meeting were planned for digital detox through permaculture gardens and acceptance of this as a sustainable lifestyle. All our activities and project outputs, during and after the project, will be disseminated through the project website,e-book,meetings,seminars,social and local media tools. Each school will add a small curriculum that can include our purpose to relevant courses and accordingly, activities.

Impact

Our primary goal is the conscious and effective use of technology by creating meaningful distances for all our participants with our inclusive, green and digital project. It will serve our goal to recognize and popularize permaculture gardening as a suitable tool to achieve this goal. Our participants will rearrange their digital, social and community ties and increase their awareness of an inclusive and sustainable world.
