This project aims to facilitate the integration of young people into the labour market by enhancing the capacities of youth workers in digital crafts, entrepreneurship, and sustainable production. In collaboration with partners from Turkey, Poland, and Portugal, the project will develop training modules, interactive learning materials, and digital entrepreneurship guides tailored for youth workers. Additionally, workshops and webinars on zero waste, sustainable production, and digital marketing

The project focuses on equipping youth workers with digital craft skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, and sustainable production techniques. It will offer a digital training platform, e-commerce and entrepreneurship modules, and zero-waste-oriented production training. Through webinars and international collaborations, youth workers’ competences will be strengthened, and project outputs will be disseminated across Europe to establish a sustainable model.

As part of the project, a digital handicraft training platform, entrepreneurship and e-commerce modules for youth workers, and sustainable production and zero waste guides will be developed. Information will be shared through webinars and mentoring programmes, and project results will be disseminated at the European level. In the long term, the employability of young people will be enhanced, and a sustainable economic model will be created by integrating handicrafts into the digital economy.
