The project aims to empower NEET youth by equipping them with in-demand cybersecurity skills, boosting their employability, and addressing digital transformation. Through mentorship, targeted theoretical education, and targeted training programs with hands-on experience, it seeks to bridge the gap between education and employment. By fostering digital literacy, soft skills, and social inclusion, the project aims to prepare them for future job market and contribute to reducing youth unemployment.
▶Activities
The project follows a three-step model: reach, mentor, educate to engage NEET youth. Activities include outreach programs to identify and attract participants, mentorship sessions to provide career guidance and confidence-building, and cybersecurity training combining theoretical and hands-on learning. Additionally, digital skills workshops, networking events, and internship opportunities will enhance employability. Online content will ensure accessibility and scalability.

The project expects to produce skilled NEET youth ready for employment in the cybersecurity field. Key outcomes include the development of LMS system for comprehensive curriculum, online training materials, and mentorship programs.
