The project aims to empower female professionals aspiring to executive and board roles by strengthening their leadership, communication, and governance skills. Through tailored training and networking, it supports greater visibility, confidence, and readiness for high-level decision-making. The project seeks to promote systemic change in how leadership is defined and accessed. It also aims to contribute to greater gender balance in leadership across sectors.

Activities

We will implement a 6-month online training program and a one-day in-person summit in Luxembourg designed to empower female professionals aspiring to executive and board roles. The program will offer interactive modules, expert-led sessions, and personalised leadership profiling, focusing on governance, authentic leadership, strategic communication, and gender-inclusive practices. The summit will include networking and workshops to strengthen visibility, confidence, and board readiness,

Impact

The project will build a strong cross-border network of female leaders and allies, and promote gender-inclusive leadership across sectors. We aim to train 20+ female professionals through our online program and engage 70+ participants at the in-person summit in Luxembourg. By sharing outcomes through Erasmus+ platforms, partner networks, and social media, we expect to reach 10,000+ people and drive lasting change in leadership culture, governance, and strategic communication across Europe.
