▶Objectives
Leading4Learning aims to provide improved opportunities for young people to develop, understand other cultures and create social, environmental and civic impact through International Voluntary Service (IVS) by having more and better IVS camp leaders. This will be done through (a) empowering youth organisations with materials to recruit, train and support more camp leaders, (b) establishing collaboration between IVS and formal education and (c) training camp leaders and trainers/youth workers.

- Create road map/toolkit to implement IVS organisations-formal education partnerships - Create matchmaking tool for students to become IVS summer camp leader - Create modules to train camp leaders - Select, train, support and evaluate students that will run an IVS camp as a leader to be recognised by formal education - Create and implement Train-the-Trainers programme for youth workers/trainers - Maintain students as youth workers in the IVS organisations

- Road map and toolkit to create partnerships between IVS organisations and formal education - At least 8 partnerships between IVS organisations and formal education - Training/support modules for camp leaders - At least 50 recruited, trained, supported and evaluated camp leaders (recognised by schools) - Train-the-trainers programme - At least 24 trained trainers/youth workers to run camp leader trainings at the local level - Disseminated results to inspire/empower other IVS organisations
