First step were the drafting (and the signature) of the Partnership Agreemenst and the organization of the kick-off meeting. The meeting, held in Ferrara (IT) the 6th and 7th of March 2017, was important to meet personally and to fix some crucial points on general management, division of roles and tasks, timetables, quality and dissemination. The communication officer invited the local Assessor of sport, representatives of CONI and local journalists, so that the project attracted the attention of policy-makers, stakeholders and media since the first step. A video was broadcasted in a popular sport programme of a local TV. Logo, project website, leaflet were prepared on agreement among all the partners.Technical staff started working on the structure and content of the guidelines and they had a face-to face meeting in Kaunas the 16th and the 17th of June 2017 for a concrete discussion. The meeting represented an important moment of comparison and the possibility for PGF and Mirandela staff to know another reality.After the finalization of the guidelines, realized also in a shorter version (booklet) for a better an easier promotion, the staff started working on the structure and content of the mobile application. During the face-to-face meeting in Ferrara held from 24th to 26th of October 2017 the final version of the guidelines was produced and the structure of the app and the main exercises to be uploaded were decided.It was an intensive, challenging and interesting work. A draft version of the mobile application has been tested before the final version.At the same time, the Management Board met periodically on Skype and a quality check was periodically carried on. Finally, in order to disseminate the project results collected in the guidelines and in the app, a series of dissemination events addressed to coaches, trainers, (future) teachers of physical education, sport manager were organized by the Consortium. The mobile application has been welcomed with enthusiasm, even if some aspects should be improved. (as for example the quality of the videos). Nevertheless, it is an important result for a little partnership as the current one. Despite the management of the partnership was really challenging, the Erasmus + sport gave all the project staff an impressive opportunity to growth personally and professionally with concrete results for the all community.
