Summary

The project was carried out with three partners Stowarzyszenie Dzieci i Młodzieży KAROL - Association of Children and Youth named KAROL - (herainafter KAROL) is a Polish local, non-governmental sport organization (sport club). Mission our organization is promotion of sport and healthy lifestyle by children and youth. KAROL has supporting members from whole district and belong to them youth sport clubs (disciplines as: football, karate, judo, athletics) .We organize sport and recreation classes for children and teenagers of primary and secondary schools, as well as summer and winter holiday camps for disfavored groups (from families about lower incomes and from difficult social environment). We have a proven track of experience in organize of sport undertakings (sports events, tournaments, contests) and organized leisure for children and youth.Participating organization 1. ENGIM Piemonte is a vocational training organization located in Turin, North-West of Italy, counting six different branches in Piemont for a total of around 200 employees and mare than 2000 learners. Since its establishment in 1979, its main actions have always been devoted to young people and their initial vocational training. Among the several action and developed in the field of adults and young people education, there are different kinds of courses for several targets: migrants, unemployed people, companies and local authorities.2.Getxo Kirolak, with the collaboration of 130 institutions, clubs and associations, has organized nearly 300 activities in 50 different sports which have involved more than 40,000 people and another 2,700 have carried out voluntary work. In addition to the strictly sport, Getxo has used the transversal nature of sport management policies to launch or support initiatives with other local areas and institutions in areas such as health, multiculturalism and the promotion of the economy and the tourism.The Good Governance in Youth Sports Clubs (GGinYSC) project is aimed at the management of sports clubs. After consultation with partners, logotype templates were developed and designed and accepted by all partners. On the basis of the logo, the project letterhead, FB page, was prepared. The project website http://gginysc. eu/; has been designed.For the purposes of the GGinYSC project, a questionnaire was drawn up. It was addressed to managers and presidents of youth sports clubs and was a tool for recruiting participants of the GGinYSC project. An invitation to take part in the GGinYSC project funpage has been placed on the GGinYSC project website. The questionnaires received have been retranslated. The scope of topics for e-learning training was determined. After the analysis of questionnaires at the international meeting, the scope of topics for e-learning training was determined. The partners verified the course materials in their country and prepared information for training. The training materials were uploaded in the form of videos was uploaded on moodle platforms. Course participants received instructions on how to log in to moodle platforms and the scope of recommended e-learning training. At the end of the courses participants received certificates confirming their participation in the course.
