โถSummary
WP0: Preparation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation The partnership, guided by LP, defined the Work Plan and shared the rules for project implementation. LP was responsible for general coordination, management and monitoring. It kept in constant contact with PPs, via email, phone, etc. to collect information and assure the respect of the Work Plan, searching for solutions in case of deviations. Each PP identified a project manager and a financial manager, who were responsible for project implementation and financial issues. In order to review project progress, resolve issues raised, agree next steps, take decisions, establish time schedules, etc. but also to favor direct confrontation and the European networking among PPs, they created a Steering Committee (SC), which met 5 times. 0.1 Coordination0.2 Steering Committee0.3 Monitoring and evaluationWP1: Focus groupsWP1 aimed to collect needs and suggestions for the definition of local practices for a healthy, safe and comprehensive approach to sport initiation for 5-7-years-old children through the development of motor skills.
