The general objective of BONDS project was to promote voluntary activities in sport, together with social inclusion, equal opportunities and awareness of the importance of health-enhancing physical activity through increased participation in, and equal access to, sport for all. We created the partnership between Romania, Italy, Slovenia and Lithuania to generate several sport and physical activity events along with sports coaching during the 12 months of the implementation of the project. In the 2nd phase of the project, we developed the questionnaires destined for the surveys conducted before and after the events from all the four partner countries. The survey before the events were conducted online for investigating the rate participating in leisure-time physical activity, patterns in the daily physical activity of the respondents, and nourishment information. The survey applied after the events to the BONDS participants aimed to gather information on the evaluation of each event, as well as the information gathered from the survey before the events. Also, in this phase, we developed the e-learning platform on sport and physical activities, which represents also the project website, the information booklets for promoting the project, and conducting the travel arrangements, along with the acquisitions and rentals procedures. The 3rd phase represented the implementation of the sports events in the following order of countries Italy, Lithuania, Slovenia and Romania.
