Background YODA project started 5 phases on which the activities related to the two years of the project were listed. The process of preparing the technical-financial reports involved each partner in the production of the individual reports, presented directly to the Coordinator (MSV). The project risk implementation procedure enabled an easy but at the same time with high quality training program for mentors at Dual Career, providing advice and support to athletes during definition skill-set knowledge. Objectives The perspectives on the main objectives of the YODA project, inspired the methodologies envisaged in the definition phase and implementation of the same during the first 24+3 months YODAโs life cycle. One of the main outputs is the qualification of Mentor profiles through MOOC platform, above all to provide support to athletes with and without disabilities. Within the 8 modules, has allowed the creation of technical-practical container, coming from the Best practices of partner countries. Implementation Created 8 Work Packages, each of them with specific assignment criteria, WP Leadership, WP Task Leadership, etc.;the management of WP1 is under the responsibility of the coordinator up to M24+3, with the support of all partners. The coordinator prepared the project "Management and Evaluation Plan" through the partnership agreements. The first processes, products, activities, and actions were then developed, as well as the start of quality control and the dispute procedure between the partners. Achievements The YODA project managed to achieve the set goals, despite the difficult GAP of the Covid19 pandemic. The coordination, implementation, evaluation, monitoring and dissemination activities have achieved the required goals. An important element was the improvement of communication with the partners that during the pandemic period, through the computer aids, strengthened the cooperation and the expected final results, through a continuous monitoring between the Coordinator and the partners.
