Background Training and Sports Activities for the Inclusion of Visually Impaired People (TSAIVIP) is a project of "Small Collaborative Partnerships" that has the main objective to encourage social inclusion, equal opportunities in sports, the comparison of ideas and methods in different areas related to sport through greater participation in the sports activities of people with visual impairments, thus improving their quality of life. It involves 5 partners from 4 European countries Objectives The objectives are:o Strengthen the use of sport as a tool for social inclusion for people with VIPso Train sports workers and volunteers to promote the social inclusion of VIPso offer learning opportunities to young sportsmen who would increase their level of social inclusion and job opportunities• the exchange of good practices, the comparison of ideas and methods in the various fields related to sport• improvement of the quality of life of people with visual impairments Implementation Implementation phases:1.Management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation2.Survey on the knowledge of the integrated sports method and on sports methods for rehabilitation / social inclusion3.Development of course content4.Training and exchange of good practices5."Sport for VIP" Guidelines6.E-learning platform7.Promotional and social inclusion sporting events8.Communication and dissemination Achievements Final results:-Visual results produced during workshops and training sessions-A manual containing the best practices identified to implement the teaching of sports to VIP-E-learning platform for the training of sports operators and volunteers who work with VIP-Local training workshops and product training material -Awareness-raising events in 4 partner countries -Communication materials in the languages of the partners-Communication activities: launch events, publications
