Background One of the basic and universal rights of children and young people is the right to engage in sports, BUT under the guidance and control of qualified sports workers or trainers. They (coaches, sports workers), (besides children parents), have the greatest influence on shaping not only the sport experience but also the whole life of young people, in the most sensitive phases of their psycho-physical and social development. Therefore it is obligation of sports organizations to provide knowledge. Objectives The aim of this cooperation of the project itself is to strengthen the capacities of sports organizations and their sports workers-trainers who work with children and youth which are involved in sports activities, whether at school or recreational level. -Development of new methods of principle for application in school and recreational sports in youth work; -Educate and publish a Manual/Handbook -Developing the capacity of sports trainers in the field of school and recreational sports; Implementation Implementation of this project ran smoothly except the fact that during project duration world pandemic of COVID-19 virus occurred which brought some challenges in implementation but they were successfully exceeded and all planned activities were implemented. Common goals and mission of promoting sports, especially work with children and their psychophysical development, united all partners in order to invest joint efforts, knowledge and resources through numerous activities and create progress. Achievements After numerous meetings and workshops in which representatives of partner organizations exchanged opinions and knowledge, individual research and team work, most important result that is outcome of this project is Handbook for trainers and sports workers which will serve as a unique guide for professionall work with youth in sports. Usage of this kind of educational material already gave great results in direct contact with users.
