Aqua Primorje

Background After the research made through the coaches of synchronized swimming based on the education of coaches in the field of figures under 12, age group 13-15, prevention of injuries, health and nutrition, and choreography, we noticed the need for more education and workshops. The results of the research showed that the situation is very similar in all the partner countries, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria. The main reason is the sport`s rapid advancement and coaches are expected to have more knowledge. Objectives The main objective was education and mobility of coaches in sport. The project had its focus on education of coaches in the fields of training approach, choreography, implementation of other sports and their respective cultures, music interpretation, swimming costumes and make up, nutrition, prevention of injuries and management. KSP Primorje Aqua Maris˙s goal is to support coaches and empower young generations to engage in this noble sport. We manage to have 3 face to face workshops for coaches and athletes, and one held online. This 3 countries became more like partners, we are in contact all the time, and travel to competitions between the clubs. Our coaches had improved their knowledge, experience, skills and attitudes. We made Aqua Primorje brochure, which is in a way a tool for future coaches and athletes and members of the club.
