Background INDOORS had the aim to promote indoor sports and the management of indoor spaces jointly with their improvement. The Project aimed to delete the risk of racism and intolerance in sport context and wants to strengthen solidarity and cooperation, granting equal access with no distinction of gender, position or economic, political, social situations. The target group involved athletes, coaches, trainers, amateurs, presidents, sport stakeholders, physiotherapists, volunteers and nutritionists. Objectives -Give importance to indoor sports-Support prevention,educational and innovative approaches to tackle violence,racism and intolerance in sport-Speak about the logistic and administrative management of the gyms and indoor spaces-Support the implementation of the European Week of Sport-Promote voluntary activities,social inclusion and equal opportunities in sport-Focus on the importance of health-enhancing physical activity through increased participation in,and equal access to, sport for all Implementation -Informal staff meeting during the pandemic (June 13th 2020)-1st Staff Meeting โ€“ online (May 14th-15th 2021)-1st transnational event in CZ (May 27th-30th 2022)-2nd transnational event in IT (August 4th-8th 2022)-3rd transnational event in SE (Sept. 23rd-26th 2022)-4th transnational event in LT (October 7th-10th 2022)-5th transnational event in ES (Nov. 25th-28th 2022)Through seminars, workshops, cultural visits, brainstormings, round tables, sports sessions, debates and problem-solving. Achievements -Valorisation and awareness of EU values: volunteering, social inclusion, equal opportunities, active participation at EU level-Awareness of health-enhancing physical activity through increased participation-Active participation in the int. events-Valorisation and dissemination of European Week of Sport-Development of social skills-Valorisation of the specific qualities of each single sport-Best practice exchange to be disseminated EU level-Creation of a permanent and active network
