Background The topic selected in the eForm application is Support the mobility of volunteers, coaches, managers and staff of non-profit sport organisations. Sport staff members such as coaches, managers or instructors play a key role in sport: by leading and guiding participants, they have an impact on their knowledge, skills, health, well-being and values. They are in a unique position to advance, protect integrity, infuse respect for common values, and promote physical activity in all social groups. Objectives The main objective was to strengthen international network of local rugby clubs and to support mobility of stuff in the field of rugby. Specific objectives were:1.To identify and share good practices in rugby for children2.To raise capacities of local rugby clubs through mobility visits3.To enhance a European network of local rugby The main outputs and outcomes were:1. Collection of good practices in rugby2. 5 mobility visits and 5 SWOT analysis3. Rugby event for children and young Implementation Main activities were:1.Collecting good practices The partners submitted the examples (1-3) to the Project Coordinator and they were collected in the single document.2.Mobility visits to partnersโ countriesDuring the project Project Team had 5 mobility visit meetings and carried out 5 SWOT analysis.3.Preparation of the rugby eventProject Team held a round table with a project presentation and a final rugby tournament for over 100 children and young. Achievements Main outputs and outcomes were:1.Collection of good practices in rugby for children Final document Collecting good practices. The document is addressed to decision makers in sports.2.5 mobility visits; 5 SWOT analysisStrengthened capacities of the rugby clubs and better collaboration among the clubs.3.Rugby event for children The rugby event gathered over a hundred children and young people.The rugby tournament was covered by the media and recognized by the public and key actors.
