Background It is proven the reduced opportunity for trainers and coachs in general, to learn and improve their knowledge on parasport and disability. This creates a gap between those who work with disability in sport, and those who donโt, and ultimate also reduces the promotion and participation of persons with disability in sport. Collaborative networking can amplify a development for a more equal and ranged learning system for coaches and trainers, giving them specific know-how on sport disability. Objectives ECDA focus on sharing competences and standard support not only for parasport coaches, but all coaches in general, aiming for a more individual approach of the athlete needs, bringing global knowledge, to local application (Glocalization). The essential component of this system is an expert workforce who can help coaches, who are the key role of all process, to learn and perfect their craft, helping them to improve their expertise in the process of learning to enhance coaching effectiveness. Implementation Through networking colloboration promotion, and a struture managment agreement, ECDA launched a CD Framework, supported by a Online Platform, Tool Kit and Guideline Information, giving competences and standardize system, to homogenize learning skills, helping the path for more inclusive sport system, through coaches and trainers actions. First CD European Course testing pilot was launched in Poland 2022, followed by a ECDA Conference to dissiminate the project development and the Outcomes. Achievements The publication of na improved CD Framework, suported by a Trainers Tool Kit and a Guideline Information to help developing local/regional/national actions, gives a opportunity for na european homogenous standard process, promoting networking collaboration between partners and stackholders. Through the ECDA Platform, and E-learning module system, ECDA can monitor, confirm and issue certification for participants over the courses, that can be recognized all over the european member states.
