Background Each partner country starts from different cultures, histories and legislative frameworks about what a sport professional is expect to know. The 5 partners want to share each other and acquire extra professional and human skills for their staff. An online set of lessons, tools, material, experts is the most practical way to deliver knowledge, store contents "ready-to-be-use" and capitalize on the expertise of experienced sports staff and related good practices. Objectives Coaches, managers and athletes of sports associations, together with educators, sports teachers in schools and related volunteers all need to develop a wider view on the skills required for managing grassroots, mass-based but usually small-sized sport organizations. This focus on the objective of skills development of the individuals goes together with the objective of increasing the awareness about good governance principles. Implementation An online platform for the 12 modules of the education process has been launched: Participants could interactively learn. 2 Participants were selected by each partner organization were selected to take part in a Bootcamp, organized in Montenegro, September 2022. Modules covered the following topics: Sport Nutrition, Sport Psychology, Internal Administration, External Relations. Lessons were delivered by Experts from the partners themselves and external hired professionals. Achievements 116 Participants coming from Partner organizations and their networks (even from other countries, some not-EU) underwent the educational not-formal process. Content and quality of the lesson were judged interesting and of practically useful upon Participants' feedback. Project reached a good dissemination and the BootCamp showed to be a top event to be replicated. Best profiles among Participants, after a short traineeship with their organisations, may actively help out in team management.
