Entrepreneurial Learning in Sport to support Athletes employability development

Background ELISA project stemmed from the need to empower young athletes in managing dual careers. Aligned with EU policies, it focused on promoting youth entrepreneurship through the innovative Serious Play toolkit. The Escape Room scenario added a dynamic, hands-on dimension, enhancing participants' problem-solving and decision-making skills. ELISA strategically addressed socio-economic development and dual career challenges, making it a noteworthy initiative in sports education and entrepreneurship. Objectives ELISA empowered young athletes for dual careers through entrepreneurship education, utilizing the innovative Serious Play toolkit. The project, aligned with EU sports policies, enhanced stakeholders' skills and promoted social inclusion. The Escape Room scenario, employing Serious Play, actively involved participants in entrepreneurial concepts, boosting problem-solving and decision-making skills for dual career development. ELISA's impact extended to socio-economic development. Implementation ELISA was implemented in 6 countries with participation of over 245 volunteers-268 sport organizers. We organized 4 TPMโs and implemented all the activities in scope of the 5 proposed Intellectual Outputs. All main project outputs โ Research on Entrepreneurship Skills Availability of Young Athletes Research, Methodology Guide of Career Development & Psychometric Methods, ELISA Sport Serious Play Learning Method (Entrepreneurial Quest), ELISA Pilot Training Programme&Capitalization were delivered Achievements -Explored the availability of entrepreneurship skills among young athletes.-Developed a comprehensive guide on career development and psychometric methods.-Introduced "Entrepreneurial Quest - The Athlete's Endeavor" in the form of an escape room.-Assessed various entrepreneurial skills.-Categorized players as Aspiring Entrepreneur, Emerging Entrepreneur, and Entrepreneurial Explorer based on scores.-Implemented a pilot training program.-Captured and documented project outcomes and lessons
